I accidentally purchased the Lightroom edition but meant to buy the Capture One edition (or vice versa). Can I switch?
Unfortunately, we cannot switch editions after purchase. Each product is specifically designed for its platform and uses different technologies, such as ICC profiles and LUTs for Capture One and tailored settings for Lightroom. These differences ensure the highest quality and compatibility for each platform, making them non-transferable.
Do you offer refunds for your products?
